Drawable (and Selectable) Layer

Here we introduce the notion of point and box actions, that shows that it's not only possible to select things, but also to perform general actions on them. Previously when you used the mouse while holding CTRL, it was implicit that it would perform a selection. Here we define the point action to be rather the drawing of a circle, while the box action still corresponds to a region selection (but the selection includes the drawn circles as well, because the action can and is being defined on both layers).

Both point and box actions could correspond to any process that is needed (place a marker on a specific point or over a region, pop an info window, draw a more complex shape, etc). You can also zoom in/out as before, by using the mouse wheel, or by double-clicking (in), or SHIFT + double-clicking (out).
